Sales Excellence Lead for Korea Market – Health Systems APAC
Lastly, the candidate will have to manage their time between standard required reporting and ad-hoc requests and be able to prioritize competing high urgency tasks, which requires strong organizational and time management capabilities. Build a Sales Excellence Strategic Plan
- Assist in achieving foundational objectives, including the identification and diagnosis of key business issues, development of solutions, and assisting with business partners to ensure timely and seamless execution
- Drive the consolidation and consistency of reporting and analytics within the group
- Providing first-time right and timely reporting to a diverse audience
- Daily, weekly, monthly review and updates to key performance metrics
- The ability to simplify complex data into easy to comprehend analysis
- Create complex excel models, macros and reporting tools to enable timely and accurate sales alignment, reporting and analysis.
- Reporting requirements may include, but is not limited to Order/Revenue Intake, Market Data, Funnel Analysis, Forecast Updates, Salesforce
- Desire to continue to seek out better tools and methodologies
Training and Operations
- Establish a comprehensive on-boarding process and lead the on boarding program for all new hires within the sales organization
- Collaborate with the Global Training team to leverage tools, programs and resources
- Lead sales resource coverage, role and capability planning, and allocation of resource to the sales growth plan
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Salesforce (CRM) expertise is critical and must.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's or Advanced Degree, highly preferred
- 7+ years in sales excellence, sales, marketing, or sales or commercial Operation roles.
- 10+ years of demonstrated success in working with sales and service leadership, marketing, human resources and other functional areas to continually improve distribution efficiency and effectiveness of the salesforce.
- Advanced proficiency in digital commercial tools.
- Certified Problem-solving lean methodology - Strongly preferred.
- Proven mastery of Account-based strategy development and Outcome-based selling
- Ability to utilize your change management expertise and outstanding interpersonal skills to lead leaders, interface and influence at all levels in the organization
- Being a clear-thinker and curious learner with a proven track record on relationship building skills, sales program execution and setting up standard procedures/standard methodologies for meeting company deliverables
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills; as well as the ability to act with tact, discretion and diplomacy
- A dedicated teammate who thrives in a goal-focused, dynamic, ever-changing, fast-paced work environment while juggling multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced organization
- Fluent in English
