What you'll do...

provide and support
the implementation of content solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key suppliers and stakeholders; identifying operational workflow needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.


What you'll do :

  • Serves as a
    subject matter expert
    for content acquisition workflows , providing guidance and training to team members as needed.
  • Performs item/catalog audits and research on content requirements to ensure all content meets Walmart's online content optimization standards.
  • Communicates with suppliers and stakeholders for missing information and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues.
  • Provides guidance and assistance to stakeholders in the goal of an optimized item page experience with proper data and content expectations.
  • Partners with assigned business areas to
    identify and initiate recommendations
    for continual content acquisition process improvement, content quality, and improved operational efficiency.
  • Drives assigned special projects and resolves workflow challenges by leveraging knowledge to solve problems and generate an enhanced content experience.
  • Initiates efforts to reduce inefficiency, errors, and maintains a focus to improve the customer experience.
  • Communicates progress and ensures timely completion of quality improvement projects.
  • Stays up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content creation and acquisition, applying this knowledge to continuously improve content quality and optimize content acquisition workflows .

What you'll bring :

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing , or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, data/content acquisition , or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , with
    experience using content management systems and analytics tools
    a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on detail and accuracy.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
