Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Supports consulting on business process level to translate customer's vision into solutions
- Supports in mapping business processes and solution requirements
- Supports the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise
- Supports solution design and configuration for specific solutions (on premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state of the art methodologies and standards
- Drives deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries
- Supports other colleagues engaged in pre-sales activities, solution reviews, feasibility studies or work in de-escalation of projects
- Supports in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success
- Introduces SAP and industry leading practices and content based on pre-existing templates
- Delivers solution training to customer team members
- Creates project documentation and documentation of delivered services
- Understands the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and delivers according to service specification
- Supports in solution testing and issue resolution

Experience and Education
- Functional Experience
- Basic understanding of industry and/or LoB specific business processes
- Basic understanding of the relevant end-to-end processes of SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise Suite English: Fluent
- Other languages: Fluent with the local country language Education
- University degree or equivalent work experience Professional Training & Certification
- Solution Certification
