As an Inside Product Specialist, you will deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team that address customers’ varying needs, either working on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions.
•Be a technical advisor to the sales team and work cooperatively to help them fulfill and exceed their goals
•Recommend business solutions, products and services based on the client’s need
•Research market factors to anticipate customer needs and propose technical solutions
•Assist in the ongoing technical education and development of the broader team
•Establish relationships with customers and eventually manage your own accounts•1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with proven sales skills to build on
