• Meet your goals, celebrate wins, and learn from every experience.• 3–6 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or professional services environment.
• Experience supporting or a strong interest in one or more of EY’s service lines:
• Consulting (helping clients transform their business, technology, and strategy)
• Assurance (audit and financial reporting)
• Tax (tax advisory and compliance)
• Core Business Services (internal operations such as HR, IT, finance, and marketing)
• Strategy & Transactions (corporate finance, M&A, and strategic growth)
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., SuccessFactors), LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing tools.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with knowledge of behavioral and competency-based techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a drive for continuous learning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
