Snowflake is looking to hire a talentedto support our growth within the APJ region. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies for both hard-to-fill as well as constantly hired roles. You will experience go-to-market recruitment for sales and technical hiring across a wide range of countries within the APJ region, with a focus on the India market you will also experience talent attraction across the rest of our APJ countries.
AS A SENIOR SOURCER, APJ AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
- Partner with Snowflake recruiters and hiring managers to thoroughly understand go-to-market recruiting needs within the APJ region.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for a variety of roles including sales and technical positions.
- Build trusted and long-term relationships with stakeholders, adjusting your searches based on feedback, learning as you develop the searches.
- Utilize a broad set of tools, including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, local job boards, Github, Boolean search, OSINT research, etc.
- Conduct phone/video/in-person interviews with candidates, and provide evaluations and recommendations.
- Ensures excellent candidate experience throughout the engagement process.
- Tracks activity metrics, and utilizes data in conversations with hiring managers.
OUR IDEAL SENIOR SOURCER HAS:
- 5 or more years of experience in talent sourcing.
- Experience in enterprise sales hiring.
- Experience in the India market, as well as other APJ countries.
- A sourcing approach that utilizes a multitude of platforms, methods, and outreach styles.
