Integration, Verification & Testing (IVT) comprises the integration of SW and / or HW or system components into system, platform, product releases, or networks and verifies the integrated entity or network against particular requirements and specifications. Covers setup and maintenance of laboratory and associated equipment, tools, and devices.

Lead validation of Small Cells Solution in 4G/5G Network. The Solution test activities span across E2E Network integration, Functional regression, Call Processing & OAM feature testing, Automation, System Upgrades and backward compatibility testing.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead Integration and validation for E2E solution across multiple NEs – Small Cells, Gateways, Cloud based EMS, NMS etc.

• Possess prior knowledge or fast paced learning to work on Cloud technologies, Microservices Architecture with understanding of Native SNMP V3 & TR069 device management.
• Proactive fast paced learning to adapt to 5G architecture & 5G Small Cell features.
• Critically review requirements, HLD and own Test planning for requirement and validation coverage for new features & regression of previous release features.
• Accelerate automation of new features to improve regression test coverage.
• Monitor test execution progress to meet quality and timeline.
• Perform requirement analysis, Verification risk assessment, rigorous test planning, customer documentation reviews, CR tracking for product issues and perform proactive follow-ups for product quality improvements.
• Possess effective communication skills, proactiveness to take ownership of debugging & resolution of issues in the lab /customer network and drive systematic product robustness enhancements.

Educational qualifications: bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (Electronics & Communications; Computer Science, EEE)

Around 8 to 10 years of relevant wireless domain experience.

Competencies:

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast paced and innovative environment.
• Knowledge of Linux, UNIX, scripting language or Python is essential
• Good Knowledge & proven experience in LTE/5G domainin E2E call processing testing and/ or OAM testing with sound networking, FCAPS background.
• Good knowledge of 3GPP standards and experience in wireless product validation & deployments.
• Hands-on experience with QCOM MTP, commercial UE configurations for telecom feature tests and analysis using QxDM, QCAT .
• Good knowledge of Call Control, Mobility Management & Radio Resource Management functions and knowledge of NAS protocol layers.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in supporting field issue reproduction, testing and fix validation.

Desirable skills:

• 3GPP Protocol layers and IE level knowledge in LTE/5G.
• Knowledge of NEs like SeGW, AAA, NCM and PKI interfaces with proven experience of operator N/W certificate management
• Expert level E2E automation/DEVOPS skills.
