Support clients in trading Futures and Options, ensuring effective margin settlement and exceptional client service.
As a Cleared Margin Client Service Representative Analyst in the Global Clearing Operations team, you will support clients trading Futures and Options and over the over-the-counter (OTC) Cleared Derivative products. You will be responsible for agreeing and settling margin values with clients, ensuring the bank's risk is covered. You will work closely with buy-side clients and internal partners to provide exceptional client service and operational support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and enhances the Clearing Client Service offering.
- Provides flexible support to Prime Financial Service businesses in a changing market environment.
- Responds to incoming margin settlement requests, compare them to exposure, and agree on asset movements.
- Investigates and resolves counterparty failed settlements and disputed margin requirements.
- Addresses client portfolio queries and escalate issues as needed.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Ability to work an 11am-7pm shift two days a week, with core hours of 9am-5pm UK on other days.
- Experience in client services or a similar role with strong relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of OTC Derivative products, Futures, and Options.
- Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking for process improvements.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and numeracy skills.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong communication skills for detailed interactions across business lines.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience with buy-side clients such as Hedge Funds and Investment Advisors.
- Familiarity with Prime Brokerage, Credit Executives, and Middle Offices.
