Job Description

• Data Architecture: maintain and evolve the overall architecture of the data infrastructure to support organization-wide data needs. This includes data ingestion, data storage, data processing, and data delivery.
• Data Integration: Integrate data from different sources and formats, ensuring data consistency, quality, and integrity.
• Data Modeling: Design and implement data models that enable efficient querying and analysis of data for reporting, analytics, and machine learning purposes.
• Data Transformation: Develop and optimize data transformation and extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to convert raw data into a consistent and usable format.
• Data Visualization: Develop and roll out innovative and insightful dashboards in the Data Analytics platform.
• Data Quality and Governance: Implement data quality standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data. Establish data governance practices to develop the usage of data across the organization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide efficient solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and projects, at local and regional level.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Data Analytics
• 5 to 7 years of experience in the field of Data Analytics & Data Management
• Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense, including Qlik modeler. Alternatively, experience with other data visualization/BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Hands-on experience with Data Iku or other Data Analytics tool and programming
• Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles
• Expertise on data integration tools and ETL processes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and their associated data services
• Experience in Pharma industry preferred
