This in an in-office role based in Istanbul, Turkey.Key job responsibilities- Contribute to Payment’s product strategy and the prioritization for the country, across different payment products & programs.
- Lead specific payment programs end to end, including its strategy, P&L and initiatives.- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the fintech and payments space.
- Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas.- Keeping leadership updated.A day in the life
This role will be responsible for Payment Experience (acquiring / processing deals), Cost of Payments, Local Payment Methods, Instant Bank Discount & Accelerated Rewards, Shop with Points.

- Master’s degree, MBA
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including traditional banking, alternative payment methods, and emerging fintech solutions.
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals.
- Experience with delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
