About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing a solid data foundation to support merchant sustainability, developing and implementing a strategic framework for packaging transitions, creating and executing go-to-market strategies.

Project Management:

• Oversee all aspects of sustainability initiatives.
• Manage data collection, validation, management, and process automation.
• Design supply chain, procurement, and other merchant experience processes.

Communication & Program Development:

• Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
• Develop subsidy and incentive programs to drive adoption.

Project Management:

• Lead and oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.

Communication Skills:

• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders in business-level Japanese and English

Strategy Operations & Data Analysis:

• Develop and implement strategic operations; analyze data to drive informed decision-making.

Commitment to Sustainability:

• Strong passion for advancing sustainability initiatives.

Contract & Pricing Negotiations:

• Skilled in negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers.

Procurement & Supply Chain Design:

• Expertise in designing and managing procurement and supply chain processes.
