As our Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll work alongside a team of passionate professionalslook different, some core elements include:

• Responsible for delivering the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition ensuring that DE&I isembedded in our processes and programs
• Cultivating value led relationships with internal stakeholders, tertiary institutes, high schools, industry bodiesand early career pathway organisations
• Managing our early identification and intern programs, including assistance with program development andfacilitation

• The opportunity to work on various projects in the campus recruitment space that interest you

The role is offered on a 12 month contract.

• Previous Talent Acquisition Experience
• A passion for, or exposure to, early careers talent acquisition and/or experience with high volume hiring
• A confident communicator and presenter
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills and strongattention to detail
