As our newest Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll work alongside a team of passionate professionals to engage, attract and recruit early talent to EY’s graduate and undergraduate programs. Whilst everyday will look different, some core elements include:
Responsible for delivering the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition ensuring that DE&I is embedded in our processes and programs
Cultivating value led relationships with internal stakeholders, tertiary institutes, high schools, industry bodies and early career pathway organisations
Managing our early identification and intern programs, including assistance with program development and facilitation
The opportunity to work on various projects in the campus recruitment space that interest you

Previous Talent Acquisition Experience
A passion for, or exposure to, early careers talent acquisition and/or experience with high volume hiring
A confident communicator and presenter
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
