looking for
Fully qualified lawyer with excellent academic credentials (preferably qualified in Germany or another European market).
marketing legalexperience either at a law firm or in-house, preferably a combination of both, advising marketing professionals on advertising and promotional marketing matters.
expertisein either payments law/financial services law or e-commerce law.
Excellent English languageskills;other European languages, ideally German, are a plus.
Extensive knowledge of regulations and industry guidelines applicable to mobile, social media, and traditional marketing, includingGDPR, consumer protection regulations andtelemarketing sales rules.
Excellent drafting, written and verbal communicationskillsand ability to adapt legal requirements in balanced, creative, and pragmatic ways tofacilitateclear and open communication at all levels of theorganisation
