KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve talent acquisition processes.
Supporting recruiters with system troubleshooting and providing training on talent acquisition tools.
Conducting regular audits and analysis of talent acquisition data to identify areas for improvement.
