Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
o OR equivalent experience

1. Fluency in both Italian and English language is a must given the need to work with native Italian speaking customers and those who are English speaking.
2. Deep technical hands-on understanding of databases, SQL and reporting services.
3. Experience in the enterprise customer data management and development.
4. Face-to-face customer engagement skills.
5. Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
6. Troubleshooting knowledge & skills.
7. Deep understanding of Cloud technologies.
8. Microsoft accreditation or proven experience with SQL query syntax, SQL query tuning and optimizations in addition to SQL configurations at instance and database level is good to have.
9. Good understanding and knowledge of Fabric, Open AI, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB would a plus.
