Lead Intel's engagement with Microsoft to deliver joint GTM programs, ensuring shared priorities, joint goals, and aligned messaging.
Influence partner teams to drive clarity and commitment around joint milestones, KPIs, and launch readiness.
Represent Intel in executive forums, driving consensus and surfacing risks and opportunities.Program Leadership
Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams (including OS, ecosystem, retail, etc.) to ensure cohesive execution and visibility.
Drive alignment on shopper journey, brand strategy, and co-engineering efforts across both companies.
Ensure the joint Intel + Microsoft programs deliver against our joint goals.Gaming GTM Strategy
Shape and activate the joint Intel + Microsoft gaming strategy, spanning OS, PC, and handheld segments.
Align on global campaigns and co-marketing investments to drive demand and preference.
Advocate for gaming-first innovation in OS, silicon, and ecosystem partnerships.Executive Communications
Deliver crisp, insight-driven updates to senior leadership across both companies.
Translate complex program dynamics into actionable narratives that drive decision-making and investment.
As a successful candidate, you must possess:
Proven skills to influence cross-company stakeholders and drive alignment at the executive level.
Deep understanding of Windows OS and gaming technologies.
Strong storytelling, communication, and executive presence.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the skills to build rapport with clients.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving results.
Skills to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of relevant work experience in sales or business development within the technology sector, with a strong track record of identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3+ years of customer-facing experience, which does not necessarily need to be in sales
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with any of the following:
Familiarity with Microsoft business, marketing, and sales team, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level engagement is considered a strong plus
Working knowledge of Intel's client business, especially in relation to Windows and Devices
Understanding of Intel's CCG product portfolio, emphasis on Consumer products.
