Your main responsibilities and tasks will be to:

1.Responsible for production daily management, production process tackling, improve internal process to enhance operational efficiency and reduce operational risk.

2.Production line OEE management, improve production efficiency, product quality, reasonably improve operation process and reduce production cost COQ (cost of quality)

3.Process CPK driving, identify the key process driver towards CPK improvement. Drive improvement actions to ensure capable products and production processes.

4.Strong understanding of process should be condition, Knowledge physics of machines, Improve and modify hardware for existing machines to enhance Performance, Predictive Maintenance and reduce downtime.

Our requirements:

1.Bachelor or master’s degree in Automation Engineering;

2.Solid experience in mechanical / structural design; Superior technical problem-solving skills;

3.Experienced in the assembly processes of BLDC motor is preferable;

4.Fluent in writing and speaking English and Mandarin.
