- Proven track record in establishing and maintaining design systems.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
