About The Position

As Product Marketing Lead, you’ll direct our newest strategic product that is currently in the development stage. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping its market positioning, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving adoption among our target customers. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and growth, to define the product's value proposition, identify customer needs, and create compelling messaging and positioning. You will be responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing plans that generate awareness, drive customer acquisition, and contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the product management, design, and customer experience teams to gather product feedback and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the product life cycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that maximize awareness and user acquisition of the product
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, its unique value proposition, and target customer segments
  • Craft compelling positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the product's benefits and differentiation in the market
  • Conduct customer interviews/market research and redefine our view of the competitive landscape to influence decisions regarding the roadmap and go-to-market strategy
  • Evaluate and optimize processes and frameworks to improve the effectiveness of product launches and cross-functional collaboration
  • Work with sales and growth teams to meet revenue and customer goals
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products, including positioning, messaging, and campaign planning
  • Strong understanding of top-of-funnel marketing, customer acquisition, and adoption strategies
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences and channels, including wireframes and mockups
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Management experience - an advantage
