In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop team of marketing professionals to implement a variety of customer-centric marketing programs or services, product management and development of digital initiatives for business groups or product lines
- Engage more experienced management in development of strategy to drive sales, profitability, market share and brand awareness
- Identify and develop data-guided marketing strategies and programs to drive new customer acquisition
- Integrate plans and programs across business channels or regions, develop appropriate tracking, measurement, evaluation and test and learn opportunities
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding strategies to drive sales, profitability, market share and brand awareness
- Establish overall direction of E-business by setting goals in key areas of marketing to meet business objectives
- Interpret and develop legal, compliance, and privacy regulations and policies to ensure digital or marketing plans are executed effectively to attain business, sales and profitability
- Collaborate and consult with more experienced management
- Build and maintain vendor relationships
- Provide advice to other marketing areas, technology, customer care, organizational units and alliance partners to support achievement of overall product and website objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for marketing
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms, Social Media or E-business experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Must have 4+ years of experience in production design, studio services, or a related field, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in design automation tools such as Figma automation plugins, Adobe Creative Suite scripting (e.g.,Photoshop/Illustratorscripting), API-driven design solutions, or AI-based design platforms.
- Working knowledge on any of the current AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Dall – e, Gemini, Chat GPT, etc.
- Strong technical proficiency in automation software, creative operations tools, and workflow management systems.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume design production teams while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of brand design principles and ability to enforce guidelines at scale.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills, with experience in resource planning and team development.
- Familiarity with generative AI, template-based design systems, and data-driven creative solutions is a plus.
- This role will be based in Taguig City, Philippines and will be in US shift hours.
