In this role, you will be engaging with Supply Chain Leaders/ Decision makers across HON to define & deliver on supply chain Analytics solutions that will increase efficiencies/reduce costs/drive Supply Chain transformation.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with business partners to translate complex business problems into analytics problems and solutions. Ask questions to understand business intent, problem statement, analytics opportunity, and value creation.
• Work independently for solving complex problems with minimum guidance. Quickly learn the use of tools, data sources and analytical techniques needed to answer a wide range of critical business questions. Support the evaluation of the need of technology and novel scientific software, visualization tools and new approaches to increase efficiency.
• Plan and execute data mining, data integration, trend analysis, report development and custom analytics to create solutions and align with organizational strategies.

Lead studies and creative usage of new and/or existing data sources. Work with Data Architects to leverage existing data models/ views and build new ones as needed.

• Use data for Exploratory, descriptive, Inferential, Prescriptive, and Advanced Analytics.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

BE/ B Tech in any Engg. discipline + MS/MBA in Business Analytics,

Supply chain Operations, Industrial Engineering, or any related field. MBA and CPIM is a plus

Experience: 5+ years of Proven Reporting & Analytics Experience.

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• 5+ years of work experience with data visualization tools using Power BI, Tableau
• 3+ years of work experience Advanced SQL and relational databases
• 2+ years of work experience with SAP or other ERP’s.
• Exposure in working with cloud environment (AWS/Azure/GCP…)
• Good Data crunching and presentation/ interpretation skills- Story buil ding + delivery
• Project Management skills - Ability to manage a project, report out on action status, and provide clear verbal and written status
