• Primary responsibility is to ensure minimal IT downtime for Remanufacturing
• Represent IT with pride, support, enthusiasm and kindness
• Immediately respond to line down situations, to remediate any IT related issues
• Work with various teams (process engineers, production associates, application teams) to troubleshoot issues
• Perform root cause analysis, document findings, and suggest changes to prevent future outages
• Install, support, patch, upgrade, replace, and remediate all IT hardware along remanufacturing lines
• Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, basic software issues and network issues from the client up to the switch and IDF
• Improve the security posture of manufacturing by patching, updating, securing vulnerable hardware and software
• Interface with various manufacturing groups to understand issues
• Interpret how to solve long term needs within the framework of IT Manufacturing standards
• Interact with multiple teams to plan and manage equipment installation and support

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a desktop support or system admin role
• Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on Windows machines
• Experience imaging hardware devices and updating firmware
• Experience troubleshooting thermal label printers, barcode scanners, hand-held radios, digital signage
• Experience troubleshooting basic client-side network (DHCP, DNS, Static IP) problems
• Must be available for swing shift, weekends, and on-call support
• Very good written and spoken Dutch and English skills
• Multi-tasking ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Able to work under pressure in the presence of stakeholders
• Degree as Bachelor / Master / Dipl.-Ing. (TH / FH) or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
