Key Responsibilities:

• Support the business-critical installed base of production applications related to procurement.
• Lead data and analytics programs and support existing infrastructure and solutions deployed for procurement.
• Lead and manage data strategy (data mapping, data migration, data structuring, data cleansing, data de-duplication etc.) for critical ongoing projects
• Architect and stand up the infrastructure required to deploy standard procurement platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Enterprise Architecture, Corp Procurement, and IT to ensure timely delivery of the platform infrastructure.
• Provide design and support for IT and business transformation initiatives related to procurement.
• Support the business case development, IT transformation, and service optimization initiatives for procurement.
• Ensure customer satisfaction targets for procurement services are achieved.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Technology, SNOW, application support etc.
• 6+ years of IT experience with increasing technical and tactical responsibilities, specializing in data analytics and procurement
• 3+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure
• 4+ years of experience working with contracting, managed services, and third parties (internal and external).
• Strong communication and internal customer service skills / knack for stakeholder management
• Ability to work under pressure with a strong business acumen and customer-centric focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and oratory skills.
• Ability to function in a collaborative environment with business, Corp and SBG teams.

Engage in interesting yet challenging projects focused on data and analytics.

Gain exposure to strategic initiatives within the service category, such as STRAP and AOP.
