• Own the technical product design, system documentation and proof of evidence of patient monitoring and related bio-signal sensing products for hardware and system design changes.

• Work with broad design team from requirements and change planning, to design verification and transfer to manufacturing. For example, when measurement circuitry board, display/touch element design or standards requirement are being changed.

• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing sites to have products made.

• Follow Design Change Process and create documentation on the technical work.

• Collaborate with related internal design teams, suppliers, and other cross-functions in multi-cultural and global environment.

• BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, Biomedical, Physicist or equivalent.

• Domain knowledge across electro-mechanical technologies.

• Experience from product development and product manufacturing activities including product design, requirements management, testing and documentation.

• Deep desire to work on electrical systems design and interest to develop into a technical expert.

• Self-starter and quick learner with good communication skills.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Finnish language skill is a benefit.

• EU work permit.

• Experience in facilitating team or project work, including driving regular collaboration mechanisms.

• Experience in working in regulated industry under quality management system.

• Experience with requirements and standards compliance.

• Creative problem solver and team player.

• Work on medical device technologies together with talented experts in a team with great spirit.
