You will report directly to BA Canada General Manager and you’ll work out of one of our Honeywell Building Solution offices locations in Markham, Mississauga, Kanata, Lachine or Sainte-Foy on a Hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the overall sales strategy and operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness to achieve business objectives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead initiatives to optimize sales processes and drive efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales process gaps and opportunities
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Monitor performance progress vs plans (Partner BPP) and provide guidance and support to the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives
- Ensure price lists integrity and coordinate new SKU activation process working collaboratively with offering, pricing, sourcing, and supply chain teams
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales operations
YOU MUST HAVE
- Post secondary education in business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of transferable experience in sales operation, sales support, customer support, data analytics or supply chain roles.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools.

- Intermediate to advance level of Excel proficiency
- Bilingual English and French.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools
