Development and implementation of strategic marketing plans and analysis for product areas consistent with the overall franchise goals and Strategic Plan
Close cooperation with the EMEA Supporting Teams (Marketing, Regulatory, Educare etc.) and Sales Managers in respective countries to achieve revenue objectives
Supporting field execution of marketing programs through active presence in the field, working with sales representatives and clinical specialists
Preparation and successful implementation of product launches as well as implementation of product trainings for physicians
Identification of clinical & market trends and new product & marketing opportunities
Development of creative approaches to market existing & new products
Development of relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the field
Driving and coordination of adapted Customer programs
Ensuring awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of BSC.
What are we looking for in you
3+ years’ work experience in a Product Manager function and/or in the complex clinical sales force of an international company in the health care sector
Experience working within medical device and/or pharmaceutical sector is required, additional experience within the TAVI/Cardiology franchise is an advantage
Strong business acumen and long-term business planning experience
Strong understanding on the opportunities of digital transformation and customer experience preferred
Good clinical understanding
Very good communication and presentation skills
Very good project management skills
Very good analytical, creative and out of the box thinking skills are desirable
Confident appearance, creative and independent way of working as well as high self-motivation
Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Flexibility and willingness to travel within Eastern Cluster and EMEA
