Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
As a Product Owner, you will closely work with MDM Product Line lead to define Enterprise Product MDM strategy, aligned with the overall company objectives.
You will conceptualize and deliver Product MDM capabilities and offering while maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and release plans for product development.
Define plan to modernize existing techstack to support NextGen Product MDM that also supports regulatory and compliance requirements.
You will be responsible for engaging with business stakeholders, divisional partners, and data stewards, across enterprise to discover, validate, and align the Enterprise Product MDM vision.
Own product socialization, enablement and adoption strategy and oversee the execution.
Work very closely with vendors to accelerate journey, seek, and provide feedback and use resources in a smart way.
Help MDM Business Analyst to clearly document user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for the development team.
Partner with Enterprise Architectures, other enterprise teams to define, implement and extend required capabilities and services to address Product MDM needs.
Must haves
Bachelor’s in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2+ years of demonstrated Product Management experience in Master Data Management space using Agile methodologies
Leadership and management skills, with proven abilities to set direction, lead and motivate team members
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders
Experience with collaboration / development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins et
Open and receptive to listening, and discerning pain points; Leads with ideas, evidence and creates and fosters a collaborative atmosphere
Nice to haves
Knowledge of drug lifecycle processes, pharma customer data management would be big plus
Agile and/or Product Management Certifications
Willing to occasionally travel to meet business stakeholders and attend workshops in US or Singapore
