Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience in working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
Experience with Google Marketing Platform (e.g., DV360), or other demand side platforms, with the knowledge of the participant landscape.
Ability to promote creative technologies across decision makers.
Ability to develop joint business plans in a changing environment and collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
Ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes with excellent thinking skills.
