Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience in working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform (e.g., DV360), or other demand side platforms, with the knowledge of the participant landscape.
- Ability to promote creative technologies across decision makers.
- Ability to develop joint business plans in a changing environment and collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
- Ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes with excellent thinking skills.
