Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all day-to-day Service finance activities and full-Service P&L.
  • Led all finance tasks of the strategic program. Provide project finance guidance and support on business case building, scenario modeling and performance analysis, deliver regular milestone reports and identify and monitor key metrics.
  • Build business case, present and provide quantitative evidence, ensure project on time, on budget and on scope.
  • Lead team to drive all financial deliverables, such as order, sales, liquidations, VC efficiency improvements, C&B, Past due and operating profits.
  • Enable service commercial strategy and accelerate order/revenue growth, spend efficiency and process robustness. Engage in internal and external business partnership discussions and build relevant financial models for new business models.
  • Support service modality to make sound product decision and execute projects with sound financial impacts.
  • Lead enhanced analytical solutions across all relevant processes, system and data. Improve overall GEHC decision-making quality.
  • Mobilize organizational support, manage cross functional resources and communicate to key stakeholders.
  • Lead efforts to strengthening financial governance framework to ensure quality and compliant commercial decision-making process.
  • Manage team to foster talent development and build compliant and high performing culture.
  • Responsible for organization and business development initiatives.


Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Operations or Business. Minimum of 15years of related work experience including business and finance management, project leadership role, manufacturing and operation management or process design.
  • Exceptional analytical skills: clearly link financial results to operational framework and performance drivers, drive positive change and implementation.
  • Process design and control knowledge.
  • Strong communicator, able to work effectively internally and externally with all levels of leadership. Deliver clear concise messages both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills. Confidence / assertiveness with strong influencing skills across multiple, key stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and adaptive leadership. Open to improve in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or ambiguous situations.
  • Process design, black belt or six sigma experience a plus.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
