Key responsibilities/essential functions include (but are not limited to):

• Partner with Service product department to drive product performance and meet annual targets, i.e. revenue, cost, margin rate, capture rate, price erosion, etc.
• Prepare product-related financial reports/dashboard; attend meetings/reviews and provide insightful analysis;
• Maintain existing product offering in system, support new product offering design, perform calculation of FMV (fair market value), review and approve deal pricing/margin, support growth initiatives and digital solutions;
• Participate in quarterly closing, develop and improve related processes and controls, explore system solutions;
• Act as a channel and ambassador to partner with Equipment business and drive franchise targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration with at least 5 years finance experience
• Previous working experience in product finance and Healthcare industry is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in an easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
• Strong analytical skills and clear thinking: able to drill down details and clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, able to deliver results
• Open minded and have team-work spirit…able to work under pressure
• Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: OBIEE, BOXI, Hyperion, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, Vlookup and macros)
