Job Description

As Senior Medical Representative Oncology you’ll be responsible for maximizing the promotion of Oncology products, within the allocated territory, both in the short and long term, by actively promoting our products to health professionals selected within your customer group, while keeping a high level of ethics and integrity in line with applicable regulations, policies standard of operation and any other internal rules and instructions applicable in our Company.

• Develop and execute the calls plan with physicians, using the multi-channel tools made available by our Company, to meet individual/team targets and the organization's business objectives.

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers through a highly professional approach and strict application of our Company’s standards of ethics and integrity

• Attend Medical Congresses, local events and liaise with physicians

• Collaborate on Franchise and Account Team level, to ensure an effective exchange of information and insights on customer and patient needs as well as on market trends

• Implement effectively marketing initiatives and the overall Oncology BU Strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences

• Five years in pharmaceutical customer facing roles, experience with Oncology therapy area is preferred

• A demonstrated track record of performance excellence in meeting targets and objectives

• Ability to identify opportunities

• Positive attitude, agility, solution focus mindset and result orientation

• Drive for success and continuous personal development

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• PC literacy (Windows, MS Office)

• Good command of English
