Requirements

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • · Provide superb first-line customer care.
  • · Onboard, deliver, and assist new customers that were assigned to the care team.
  • · Assist our customers with their ongoing needs and respond to customers’ inquiries.
  • · Provide back-office support for our sales organization.

Required qualifications:

  • · 2+ years of proven work experience in customer service or a similar role in a global software company.
  • High customer service consciousness.
  • · A good team player, self-motivated and independent
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and prioritizing planned and unplanned tasks.
  • Highly organized, and accurate, with a tendency to maintain extensive attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate accountability and a strong work ethic.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Additional advantage qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Salesforce is highly desired
  • Knowledge & experience within the software industry.
