RequirementsIn this role you will be responsible for:
- · Provide superb first-line customer care.
- · Onboard, deliver, and assist new customers that were assigned to the care team.
- · Assist our customers with their ongoing needs and respond to customers’ inquiries.
- · Provide back-office support for our sales organization.
Required qualifications:
- · 2+ years of proven work experience in customer service or a similar role in a global software company.
- High customer service consciousness.
- · A good team player, self-motivated and independent
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and prioritizing planned and unplanned tasks.
- Highly organized, and accurate, with a tendency to maintain extensive attention to detail.
- Demonstrate accountability and a strong work ethic.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Additional advantage qualifications:
- Proficiency with Salesforce is highly desired
- Knowledge & experience within the software industry.
