Key areas of responsibility:
Creates strategic impact by initiating, organizing, and implementing Procurement projects, programs, and transformations in the Business in line with Category and Business Procurement strategies
Creates business cases for productivity, supply base improvements, and risk mitigation opportunities, and ensures full cross-functional buy‐in and embracement
Develops and maintains the project management plan, leads the (sub) project team members, and represents the (sub) project in the project team
Manages the project by keeping the schedule, cost, quality, and scope on track through proper risk and escalation management
Project manages activities with the supplier(s), including management of related fields in the Sourcing Plan, RfQ, agreement, and implementation, in alignment with the overall project plan
Manages savings funnel
Supports the Product Sourcing Engineer on the deployment of early supplier involvement and selection and target costing and tracking for assigned product
Engages in and supports LCM activities
You're the right fit if:
You have a BS or MS degree in a relevant discipline, preferably electronic or mechanical engineering or business management
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
You have proven ability to deliver results in supplier selection, supplier management, negotiations, OMM, risk management, and project management
You excel in cross-functional collaboration and communications (internal/external)
