Key areas of responsibility:

• Creates strategic impact by initiating, organizing, and implementing Procurement projects, programs, and transformations in the Business in line with Category and Business Procurement strategies

• Creates business cases for productivity, supply base improvements, and risk mitigation opportunities, and ensures full cross-functional buy‐in and embracement

• Develops and maintains the project management plan, leads the (sub) project team members, and represents the (sub) project in the project team

• Manages the project by keeping the schedule, cost, quality, and scope on track through proper risk and escalation management

• Project manages activities with the supplier(s), including management of related fields in the Sourcing Plan, RfQ, agreement, and implementation, in alignment with the overall project plan

• Manages savings funnel

• Supports the Product Sourcing Engineer on the deployment of early supplier involvement and selection and target costing and tracking for assigned product

• Engages in and supports LCM activities

You're the right fit if:

• You have a BS or MS degree in a relevant discipline, preferably electronic or mechanical engineering or business management

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience

• You have proven ability to deliver results in supplier selection, supplier management, negotiations, OMM, risk management, and project management

• You excel in cross-functional collaboration and communications (internal/external)
