• Drive simplification & digitization initiatives across treasury functions, leading the development of new FX reporting and planning tools and processes.

• Build and develop the hedge reporting to allow effective hedge management and execution.

• Work with regional and product finance teams to drive understanding of FX impact on results and drive improvements in forecasting to optimise FX planning.

• Provide FX commercial finance support to pricing & Healthcare financial services teams as required.

• Ensure timely & accurate quarterly / yearly closing FX processes

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or equivalent

• Some experience + PQE, preferably in a multinational organization.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work independently

• Proven financial systems skills with experience in system development preferable

• Ability to manage and prioritise tasks, flexible attitude.

• Effective communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work across functions at all levels within the organization

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Commitment for process execution and improvement

• Excellent teamwork skills; collaborative approach with peers and team members
