Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, prioritization, and implementation of CDI programs, ensuring alignment between CDI roadmap and cross-functional dependencies and business goals.

• KPIs , and SLOs , while monitoring progress, tracking dependencies, and addressing risks and alignment issues.

• Stay informed on innovations, trends, and emerging technologies in the digital identity space, integrating relevant advancements into our offerings.

• Champion process enhancements to boost oversight, awareness, impact, and adoption, while improving quality and efficiency through collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years as a Principal, Technical Program Manager within the customer data platform (CDP)

• understanding of at least one of the following data technologies: Da ta ingestion, data lakes, data warehouse, graphs, identity resolution , analytics, self-serve portals, data clean room.
