What you'll do

As a Digital Sales Development Executive, you will work with a team focused on sourcing and nurturing demand to growfootprint inlarge-enterprise accounts

The purpose of this digital sales supporting role in the Digital Hub is to extend SAP's market coverage by generating new pipeline and business through:

  • Executing targeted Digital Selling campaigns for Cloud business solutions in alignment with Marketing, Partners and SAP sales departments.
  • Nurturing and accelerating sales pipeline to convert customer opportunities into closed contracts.
  • Execution of a campaign plan with the support of own skills and an innovative set of digital tools (including videos, AI, etc.) and assets in relation to the solution and the buying persona.
  • Pro-active sales development driven by our own digital campaigns (Outreach Campaigns, Cold Calling, e-mail actions, etc.) as well as receiving leads from collaboration with Marketing to be converted into sales opportunities.
  • Being part of the sales process by addressing new buying centers, driving unique value propositions with business departments and hand-over of ready opportunities to sales.
  • Documentation of all campaign execution and opportunity management activities by leveraging all state-of-the art sales automation tools and digital modalities.
  • Manage the customer prospect or buying personas relationship, collect the necessary deal qualification insights and create a seamless customer experience with sales up to deal closing.
  • Drive a data-driven and structured approach for all running and upcoming activities; be a trusted advisor for your customers and your colleagues from digital sales and included SAP partners.
  • Leverage the Digital Hub ecosystem, a team of best practices and structured certified training together with individual growth opportunities within one of the most agile teams in SAP.

What you bring

  • A bachelor´s or master's degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or comparable
  • Fluency in German and good level of English skills
  • Preferably 1-2 years in an internship/junior role within SAP – ideally as working student within the Digital Hub
  • Preferably Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in high volume of customer facing experience with digital tools
  • High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a Customer Relationship Management system
  • First knowledge on digital selling or social selling techniques, ideally from work experience with Outreach
  • Effective communication skills paired with a value-based and structured approach
  • You like to work in a creative, dynamic and agile environment of young digital talents and team players
  • SAP product experience, ideally Cloud ERP solutions and/or prior business software experience is a plus
  • Ideally first experiences with Swiss customers and midmarket clients
  • We are looking for an intrinsically motivated talent, who has experiences with cold calling and outbound activities
