KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate: Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and delivery of learning programs.
  • Deliver: Manage the learning management system (LMS) for all SCM content.
  • Insights: Analyze learning metrics and feedback to continuously improve learning programs.
  • Workshop Co-facilitation: Assist in co-facilitating workshops, managing recordings, and handling material management.
  • SharePoint Build: Develop and maintain SharePoint sites for learning resources.
  • Learning Design: Design and review learning content, prepare trainers, manage communications, and design learning paths.
  • Support the Learning Team in Content Creation & Delivery: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Learning Champions and the SCM Learning Team to design high-quality learning content.
  • E-Learning Creation: Utilize e-learning creation tools such as Articulate Rise (or other similar platforms) to design and develop high-quality digital learning content.

  • Digital Tools Expertise: Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., LMS platforms) and e-learning design tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Storyline, or similar).

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of work experience mandatory, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Colleague or university degree, or equivalent combination of education & experience
