As a Senior Channel Operations Specialist here at Honeywell,you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our channel operations.You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improveefficiency, streamline processes, and drive growth through our distribution andpartner channels. Your expertise in channel operations and your ability tocollaborate with cross-functional teams will be instrumental in ensuring thesuccess of our channel initiatives. You will report directly to our Director ofChannel Operations and you'll work out of our headquarters in Charlotte, NorthCarolina on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significantimpact on our channel operations, driving improvements in productivity, profitability,and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize channeloperations and drive growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamlineprocesses and improve efficiency
• Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics toidentify areas for improvement
• Identify and implement best practices for channeloperations
• Provide support andguidance to channel partners to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Conduct regularreviews and audits of channel operations to ensure compliance with policies andprocedures

YOU MUST HAVE
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in channeloperations or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of distribution and partner channel dynamics
