In this role, you will:
Review Intake requests (Regulatory Change Alerts and new / updated sources) to process through the ORROM Team Lifecycle
Facilitate Source Requirement Reviews
Prioritize loading of themes/obligations into system of record
Communicate source completion to all stakeholders when authoritative sources and regulatory obligations are available to be accessed for impact and applicability
Maintainsource/obligation/attributedetails as regulations and guidance changes
Facilitate quality assurance routines to ensure consistent execution of program requirements in alignment with program and procedural guidance
Support effective and consistent communication strategies to execute on the ORROM engagement model with partners in IRM, Compliance, Legal, Audit, and front-line business groups and enterprise functions
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Operational Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Strong Operational Risk background, including International
Strong working knowledge of Operational Risk types (L2) Compliance or Audit background
Experience in Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
Strong communication skills
Strategic thinking skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to incorporate results into management level reporting
Ability to collaborate and to present to multiple stakeholders to include Senior Leadership Teams
Proven ability to proactively manage and resolve conflict and effectively defend decisions with objective rationale
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
Working knowledge on SharePoint, Agile Concepts, Workflow Tools: Jira and Tableau dashboards
