You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their data needs, identify opportunities, and translate these into technical specifications, models, designs, and architecture for BI systems.

- Collaborating with other teams, such as the business/product analytics team and BI engineering to align goals and ensure smooth integration and adoption of the BI solutions
- Strong experience in BI development and data modeling, using tools such as SQL, DBT, Airflow, Tableau, or other related technologies
- Excellent understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
- Solid leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
Your Experience & Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills (2-5 years experience). In a fast-paced work environment, you will be responsible for leading a team, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and managing priorities.
- 5+ years of experience in and understanding of concepts and frameworks pertaining to Data Management, modeling, quality, warehousing, ETL, and analytics.
- Strong communicator who can develop a clear product vision and strategy, aligned with business objectives and customer requirements
- Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify data issues, troubleshoot technical challenges, and derive insights from complex data sets
- Fully proficient in SQL
- Experienced with ETL tools and methodologies (Airflow, DBT, etc).
