As a Pressure Test & NDT Bench Operator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through effective pressure testing and non-destructive testing (NDT) practices. You will be responsible for conducting pressure tests on various components and performing NDT inspections to detect any defects or flaws. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will contribute to the overall success of our testing operations. You will report directly to our Testing Manager and you'll work out of our Yeovil location. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our testing operations by ensuring that all pressure tests are conducted accurately and efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements. Your expertise in NDT techniques will be instrumental in identifying any defects or flaws in the components, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

· Conduct pressure tests on various components to ensure their integrity and performance

· Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections using techniques such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and liquid penetrant testing

· Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of testing operations

· Maintain accurate records of test results and inspection findings

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in pressure testing and NDT inspections

· Strong knowledge of pressure testing techniques and NDT methods

· Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Certification in pressure testing and NDT inspections

· Experience with various NDT techniques such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and liquid penetrant testing

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
