Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing workflows and system to identify efficiencies or areas for process improvements, automation and optimizations.

  • Process mapping current workflows and future state workflows.

  • Document findings, recommendation and enhancements to be communicated to all levels of staff and assist in decision-making.

  • Collaborating with Business Lines to understand their processes quickly.

  • Ability to calculate cost benefit analysis

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Two to six years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Proven experience in process improvement, project management or a similar role in automation or technology space

  • Agile Mindset

  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

  • Effective influence, change management, and coaching skills

  • Strong technical skills in process mapping using Visio , Mural, etc.

  • Familiarity with process automation, data analysis tools and understanding of the workflow and delivery cycle

  • Working knowledge and experience in own discipline

  • Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills with ability to present complex information

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
