Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate existing workflows and system to identify efficiencies or areas for process improvements, automation and optimizations.
Process mapping current workflows and future state workflows.
Document findings, recommendation and enhancements to be communicated to all levels of staff and assist in decision-making.
Collaborating with Business Lines to understand their processes quickly.
Ability to calculate cost benefit analysis
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Two to six years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Proven experience in process improvement, project management or a similar role in automation or technology space
Agile Mindset
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Effective influence, change management, and coaching skills
Strong technical skills in process mapping using Visio , Mural, etc.
Familiarity with process automation, data analysis tools and understanding of the workflow and delivery cycle
Working knowledge and experience in own discipline
Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills with ability to present complex information
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
