JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external partners, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables areprovided to fulfill the project objectives

• Organizes andbi-weekly gatherings and global workshops while partnering closely with stakeholders in

project status,follow-up with stakeholdersprioritize projects, andpotential risks that maythe project's success

• Proactively communicate with stakeholders, seek potential new business requests, and build strong relationships

• Manage multiple projects or major project components as assigned

• Proactively provide process improvementsremove obstaclesto drive momentum and progresspartnering with stakeholders in Japanas needed

Your qualifications and experience should include:

• Bachelor’s degree and work experience in a related field

• 3+ years of experience in program management or similar roles

• Proven ability to effectively manage project timelines scope, dependencies, issues/risks & communications

• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments

• Experience working with globally distributed teams and multicultural working environments

• Experience in setting priorities, problem-solving and multitasking

programs

• Excellent active listening, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively withindividuals at all levels of the organization

• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, MS Project, Miro, Jira, Confluence etc.

• Ability to work flexibly to accommodate communication and partnership with stakeholders across different time

annual base salary for this position is $75,000 to $95,000.
This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
