JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external partners, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables areprovided to fulfill the project objectives
• Organizes andbi-weekly gatherings and global workshops while partnering closely with stakeholders in
project status,follow-up with stakeholdersprioritize projects, andpotential risks that maythe project's success
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders, seek potential new business requests, and build strong relationships
• Manage multiple projects or major project components as assigned
• Proactively provide process improvementsremove obstaclesto drive momentum and progresspartnering with stakeholders in Japanas needed

• Collaborate with Tokyo team members to build and practice common standards, ensuring consistency andto deliver programs efficiently
• Ensure clear communication with all stakeholders, aligning and managing the interests of multi-stakeholders toachieve project goals
• Oversees all aspects of project administration, including developing and implementing effective processes forscheduling, documentation (meeting minutes, action items, and decisions), distribution, and other critical

Your qualifications and experience should include:

• Bachelor’s degree and work experience in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in program management or similar roles
• Proven ability to effectively manage project timelines scope, dependencies, issues/risks & communications
• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and multicultural working environments
• Experience in setting priorities, problem-solving and multitasking
programs
• Excellent active listening, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively withindividuals at all levels of the organization
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, MS Project, Miro, Jira, Confluence etc.
• Ability to work flexibly to accommodate communication and partnership with stakeholders across different time
interest in exploring and adopting emerging technologies
• Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese at a professional level is a plus
