Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience in cloud/data center hardware products.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to connect with stakeholders in Greater China.
Preferred qualifications:
- 15 years of industry experience with supply chain operations.
- 10 years of experience working with one or more of the following fields: Product Data Management, New Product Introduction, Product Life-cycle Management , Manufacturing Operations, Development or Operations Engineering.
- Experience across all phases of product development from prototype to mass production to end-of-life.
- Knowledge of quality management (e.g., Product Change Notice, Stop Ship, Inventory Purge).
- Knowledge of engineering change order processes and best practices, materials management (e.g., material disposition, materials requirements planning, inventory management).
- Ability to be a quick learner with excellent computer applications, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
