You will be responsible for:
- Processing and execution of orders (SO/PO) in the system (SAP)
- Phone and e-mail contact with customers
- Close cooperation with various internal departments
- Organization of deliveries and material flow within the company in line with relevant regulations
- Handling warranty and return process
- Proactively raising improvement ideas
What do you need to make real what matters?
- Good written and verbal communication in German and English (basic knowledge of Italian or French is nice to have)
- Experience/background in logistics/customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP
- Ability to work in a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Open-mindedness, 'can do' attitude and positive attitude to performed tasks
